The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5980/1R-001 is a flyback chronograph reference produced entirely in 18ct rose gold, covering the case, bezel, and integrated bracelet. At 40.5mm, it sits comfortably on the wrist while retaining the model's unmistakable porthole-inspired silhouette and horizontally grained grey dial. This example was produced in 2020 and has been kept in sticker-wrapped, unworn condition throughout its time in stock, making it effectively new-old-stock. The movement within is Patek Philippe's calibre CH 28-520 C, a self-winding flyback chronograph with a column wheel, horizontal clutch, and a power reserve of approximately 45 hours.
